Welcome Frances Christy Maroney!
Greetings from Austin! The highlight of my trip so far was yesterday when I got to see Jacky and meet her new little girl, Frances. She’s precious as can be! She was born Oct. 12 and is just the sweetest little baby. Jacky is doing wonderful and is already a great mom! I’m so glad I got to catch up with Jacky (and her mom) and meet little Frances.

Prom in your 30s is much more fun than prom in your teens!
Todd and I had a blast at the Emory EMBA Prom! And although we were not prom king & queen (I want a recount!), we still managed to have fun mingling, laughing and dancing the night away.

Here we are above at prom. And, yes, that IS the dress I wore to my prom my junior
year in high school!!

Happy Halloween
Greetings from Dallas! I’m on a quick trip to Texas for work and thought I’d update ARDC. It’s been a busy and fun fall so far. The Gators could be doing better, but it’s still fun cheering them on. On the other hand, my fantasy football team - the Shiloh Eagles - is undefeated! As my sister would say, WOOT! And this coming weekend will be fun…it’s prom for Emory’s MBA program. Prom. Seriously. Not a gala or a ball…prom! But I’m looking forward to dressing up. Maybe I’ll post some pictures next week.
All for now…happy halloween everyone!

Happy Birthday to me!
I’m 31 today, can you believe it? I sure can’t. A lot has happened since last year. Here’s hoping that my 31st year is my best one yet!

I can’t believe my 21st birthday was 10 years ago. I remember exactly what I did that day. Sarah drove up to Greenville to surprise me — my roomies Suzanne, Carrie and Stephanie were in on the surprise. Sarah rented a convertible for the weekend and we had the best time driving it around. We went to Macaroni Grill for dinner and had a blast. There were a whole bunch of us there: Mollie (in Hong Kong now); Party Ware (in Philly now); Yulie (in Richmond now); Heather (preggers & in Colorado now); Ackerman (in NYC now); Stephanie (in Ohio now); and Autumn (in D.C. now). I think a few others may have been there too — Jacky maybe? I’ll have to look back at the pictures from that night. But that birthday is definitely one of my favorites and it’s ingrained in my memory. It’s funny to think where we’ve all ended up after ten years. We’ve all grown up, I guess.
Time really does fly. And I suppose as I get older it will go by just faster and faster.
Well, like I said before, here’s hoping that this truly is my best year yet.

My YouTube debut
I was on Good Morning America on Tuesday. At the very beginning you see me behind the man and woman holding their kids. It’s 2 seconds of my 15 minutes of fame! I’ve got 14 minutes + left though.
